March 03 - People have developed many tools and machines of their use from the ancient period of human civilization. In Nepal, We see many tools and machines even today that are assisting us in different ways. Mainly such kind of technology is called local technology. In other word, technology that people use to assists their activities in daily life is call local technology.
In Nepal many technologies are still in practices from many years. Some technologies are lost from the practice. Out of many technologies Aaran, Cable ways, Pottery, Water grinding mills are some local technologies of nepal which are still in paractice. Local technologies make the work easier and more faster. So peoples are loved to used them.
